        hi.

        what’s that little yellow parking pass that comes with our fishing licenses for?

        and if i have the little yellow pass, do i need a northwest forest pass?

          the little yellow pass is so you can park at boat launches. If you get a caught with out it you will get a fine. And yes you do need the forest service pass too.

              Also allows a person to park at wetland areas owned by the WDFW, and or WDFW Access Areas.
